Pamela Meyer
Pamela Meyer holds an MBA from Harvard, an MA in Public Policy from Claremont Graduate School, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. She has extensive training in the use of visual cues and psychology to detect deception and is one of the country’s leading experts on the science of deception. Pamela’s mission is to help people become more accurate at finding the truth. Her meticulously researched book, Liespotting: Proven Techniques to Detect Deception, has become a best seller, and her riveting TED Talk ,” How to Spot a Liar”, has been viewed by millions and translated into over 40 languages.

Karen Barth
Karen has twenty five years of experience working with senior leaders and teams across many sectors including consumer products, retailing, education, healthcare and private equity in the US, Europe and Mid-East. She has deep expertise as a trainer, instructional designer and workshop facilitator. She brings to Calibrate state-of-the-art expertise in workshop facilitation, curriculum development and e-learning system design. Karen spent 10 years at McKinsey and Company where she was a specialist in change and innovation. Her work leading a team of researchers on a year-long global research project on change and innovation in large companies led to the top-selling book, Creative Destruction. She also is the founder of a venture-backed natural beverage company which she recently sold. Karen has a MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Brandeis University.
Cheryl Miller Houser
Cheryl Miller Houser is a detection deception expert and media executive with broad creative, management and training experience. She has created and produced content in a range of fields across all media including corporate training, live events, feature films, TV, digital, themed tourist attractions and books. Prior to joining Calibrate Cheryl was the EVP of Programming at Atlas Media, one of New York’s leading non-fiction production companies, where she oversaw production on over 200 hours of non-fiction programming and specialized in turning complex medical, engineering and science information into entertaining series for outlets such as The Discovery Channel, National Geographic and The History Channel. Cheryl graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brown University.
Joy D’Amore
Joy is one of the country’s foremost talent management specialists, having spent many years as a human resource executive at Zaplet, Amazon, Foliofn, and H.I.G. Capital. Her expertise includes interviewing and assessment, leadership development, team building, training facilitation, and executive coaching. She received her BA, cum laude, from Wesleyan where she was a teaching assistant in Epistemology. She obtained her Law Degree from American University Washington College of Law where she was appointed Deans Fellow and scored in the top 10% on the multi-state Bar exam. She is certified to teach and administer MBTI, Synectics Innovative Teamwork Program, and has trained in the REAP Unlimited program on Diversity and Leadership.
Lily Hung, PH.D.
Dr. Hung is a New York State licensed psychologist and well regarded specialist in evaluation and testing. Dr. Hung was previously Director of Psychological Testing at TOL, Inc, where she developed and tested training materials, user manuals, conducted complex needs analyses studies and worked with Harcourt Assessment’s psychometric development team to develop a new diagnostic and personality computer-adaptive test. She is one of the only psychological practitioners in the country with expertise in developing online data collection instruments, online testing protocols, and training materials that comply with state-to-state regulatory variations. She received her PhD and Masters from St John’s University and her certification in Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Lorianne Arden
Lorianne Arden is an experienced researcher in the field of deception detection with a specialty in video research. While studying film and anthropology at Vassar she worked as a research assistant in the film department, helping professors create course syllabi and production tutorials. She has also worked for the Marine Corps Community Services Broadcasting TV station and website helping to produce shows and featurettes. Lorianne has lived around the world, including Japan, Turkey and Germany. She graduated Phi Betta Kappa from Vassar.
